If you attach photos, drawings or other documents to a quote request, we use them to assess and discuss your enquiry. Customer-submitted files are treated as private enquiry material. We do not automatically publish them as project examples or marketing images; separate permission is required before such use.
Website analytics and cookies
Our website uses Tawk.to for live chat, which may use cookies and similar technologies to support conversations and recognise returning visitors. We also plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage and how visitors find our services. GA4 is not yet confirmed active on this website. Service providers and disclosure
We use third-party service providers for website hosting, enquiry delivery, private file storage and live chat (Tawk.to). When activated, Google Analytics 4 will also process website usage information.
